The Organic Baker was inspired by a passion to bake and share good sourdough bread. You may ask, what’s our secret recipe to baking good bread? Truth be told, we don’t have one and we’re not ashamed to admit it.

Artisan baking is, in fact, all about the “feel”. During the shaping and molding of the dough, our bakers adjust the formulation accordingly before baking it to golden perfection in our stone-floored ovens. We nurture a special leaven formula at our bakery, which gives our breads a distinct taste and texture.
